Kate Handford is an actress, currently collaborating with filmmaker Prerna Winter + Theatre Handmade.
On stage, she has performed at Shakespeare's Globe (Boudica), the National Theatre Studio, Edinburgh Fringe, VAULT Festival, etc. On screen, she appears in films presented at international film festivals (incl. Sundance 2020), and in work for the National Film Board of Canada, It's Nice That + the Venice Art Biennale.
An award winning voice over artist, Kate narrates audio books for
Penguin Random House, Bloomsbury + more, voices characters in video games, campaigns for World Animal Protection, and has recently created and hosted an audio interview series to accompany Inedible Harvest, Natural Selection ceramics' inaugural exhibition at San Mei Gallery in London.
Kate holds a BFA(Hons) from Ryerson Theatre School (CAN) +
an MA(Dist) from the Central School of Speech and Drama (UK). Currently based in London, Kate is from Toronto.
